Former UNDO Carbon Chief Commercial Officer joins to lead an integrated growth strategy, connecting corporate climate goals with high-impact projects worldwide.
London, 2 February 2026 - Climate Impact Partners, a global leader in high-quality carbon market solutions, today announced the appointment of Ryan King as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). In this role, Ryan will lead the Marketing and Client Solutions teams, aligning brand, demand generation, solution design, and client success to deliver the company’s go-to-market strategy.
By creating a unified approach to how the company supports its diverse global client base, Ryan will focus on simplifying the path for organizations to take accountability for their emissions through high-quality carbon market solutions, ensuring vital finance reaches the carbon projects delivering results for climate and communities today.
Ryan joins from UNDO Carbon - a leading enhanced rock weathering company and part of Climate Impact Partners’ Accelerate CDR Program. For the past four years as Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Executive team, he was instrumental in building the commercial strategy, brand, products, and partnerships that positioned the company as a pioneer in carbon removal. Notably, he led one of the largest carbon removal deals to date with Microsoft, alongside other major agreements with companies including Barclays and McLaren.

Prior to UNDO, Ryan held senior leadership positions at S&P Global, where he led large-scale commercial transformations and global market development. He also brings experience in rapid operational scaling from HelloFresh, where he helped expand the UK business nationwide within five months of launch. This unique combination of carbon market innovation and commercial discipline positions him to lead Climate Impact Partners’ next phase of market expansion.
