London, UK, 22 September 2026 – Climate Impact Partners has won double at the Environmental Finance Annual Voluntary Carbon Market Rankings, winning Best Offset Retailer for the 14th time, alongside Best Wholesaler – underlining the company’s 29 year track record of quality and excellence in the market.
Voted for by market participants, including corporate buyers for the first time this year, this continued recognition demonstrates the company's ongoing commitment to leading the carbon market with quality, integrity, and impact.
Sheri Hickok, CEO, Climate Impact Partners commented:
"I want to thank our clients, our project partners, and everyone across the market who voted for us. This recognition belongs to all of you.
"What excites me most about this moment is what it represents – the impact being delivered through our partnerships with clients and project partners. That is why we are focused on scaling this market so it can deliver even greater impact, at the pace the climate crisis demands. To get there, the market needs to industrialize, moving from a fragmented collection of bespoke projects to an infrastructure-like system that can deliver at scale - with long-term, consistent finance to projects on the ground today."
The award follows the recent launch of Climate Impact Partners' 2026 Impact Report, which highlights how the company has helped clients reduce or remove more than 151 million tonnes of CO2e to date, across more than 600 projects in over 60 countries, working with more than 1,000 clients - a track record built from being at the forefront of the carbon market since 1997.
Recent milestones:
- Secured a historic one million tonne carbon removals purchase from GreenTrees, the largest reforestation project in the US, on behalf of a Fortune Global 500 client.
- Announced a long-term offtake agreement with Green Earth’s Kenyan agroforestry project for more than 1.5 million tonnes on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
- Partnered with Aviva Investors and &Forest on long term funding for its Colombian afforestation project, Llanos Vivos, set to restore up to 13,600 hectares of degraded grassland.
- Supported the Bondhu Chula clean cookstove project in Bangladesh to achieve Core Carbon Principles (CCP) labelling for 500,000 carbon credits and an A pre-issuance rating from BeZero. The project has installed 200,000 clean-burning stoves through Climate Impact Partners to date, cut household fuel use by half, and created technical and business opportunities for a network of 10,000 entrepreneurs, most of them women.
