He will have a specific focus on the government-to-government \u003Ca href=\"https:\u002F\u002Fwww.climateimpact.com\u002Fbusiness-solutions\u002Fcarbon-credits-explained-what-they-are-and-how-they-work\u002F\">carbon credit\u003C\u002Fa> trading aspects under Article 6.2 and how they can contribute to global climate change goals while supporting international development objectives. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Philip brings a wealth of policy experience, joining from the climate and environment division of the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) where he was a senior energy adviser. In his role, he led the development of energy, climate and low-carbon development policy and strategy. He also delivered widescale policy and program advice across the UK government on just-energy transitions and low-carbon green growth. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>“I am delighted to have joined a global
